It’s time to wake up America! It’s not time for a BAIL OUT folks it’s time to STEP UP!!! The only change America really needs, is to change their habits. I’ll be the first one to admit, I got caught up in the whirlwind of spending what I didn’t have and found myself on the band wagon of speculation in the housing bubble that burst! I became one of the statistics that we all hear about on the TV from all the so called experts. It’s time to wake up America. We got ourselves into this mess and it’s our responsibility to get ourselves out of this mess NOT THE GOVERNMENT! Show me in our American History where the government has brought significant change to our economy. Our government has got themselves into debt up to their eyeballs to the tune of about 11 TRILLION dollars!!!

One of my favorite mentors Napoleon Hill says that “Whatever the Mind of Man Can Conceive and Believe it Can Achieve” Napoleon Hill was the founder and creator of the very popular magazine called “Success” magazine. While Mr. Hill decided to create this magazine but only had a few thousand dollars by which to do so. Mr. Hill went on to have enormous success with the publication. What Mr. Hill didn’t know, according to others, you had to have at least a million dollars to even have a chance of creating a successful magazine. Mr. Hill was forever grateful that he did not have this knowledge or he may never had created one of the most successful, long standing, influential magazines to have ever been published.

Just like almost every other business, the rapid growth of the Internet has changed the property investment landscape. Although many of the traditional requirements are still in place, selling and buying property has been made much easier and far less costly due to the emergence of the multitude of sites that are devoted to Real Estate
Locating properties and finding information about them is easier than ever. It wasn’t so many years ago that locating properties that were beyond the local area required scanning specialized publications and local newspapers which was expensive and difficult. Obtaining information often meant relying on an agent’s ability to describe the property or taking a trip to view the property yourself.
